Charged for damage already on car plus kept my deposit. Never got refunded my cab fair as promised as car was originally meant to be from brightin but was returned to uckfield.
Amazing service, very helpful made hiring a car easy. Izzie the assistant manager was a joy to work with. Would definitely recommend this company.
Appalling customer service. I hired an SUV on line then made difficult journey in snow to collect it the next day, only to be told they'd hired them all out to ambulance service the night before. No problem with that but no phone call to my mobile (girl behind desk kept claiming she did but couldn't get through, rubbish as I'd had call from other people no problem) and no text or even email telling me not to come in. Had to cancel trip away at great expense as we had no 4x4 to make the journey. Oh and I've had to give one star to this review to get it posted.
Very friendly, only gripe was the young lad I dealt with to get the van was not very thorough and said don't worry about that mark, it's on the system. Van was very dirty inside and out however the lady did call me the day before to say the van would be late and they wouldn't have time to get it completely ready if I wanted by 10am even if I booked it a week ago for 8am. Overall very good service.
I have had such outstanding customer service today from Heidi and Issey. They have worked beyond expectation to provide a vehicle, and always with positive enthusiasm. A brilliant team!
