Extremely busy place. Nice and polite staff, unfortunately, the process management needs to be improved. No courtesy car provided to me and they sent me to sort this out with a rental car company. They failed the communication between them and I supported the consequences. Would be more professional if they can ensure customers are happy and work more in their best interest.

The workmanship and customer service in the bodyshop is excellent its just a shame the man at the reception has no interest in customers needs and support, his rude cocky attitude towards customers makes an awful atmosphere in the office. Without him this place would get a 5 star all day long. Hope I dont have to see him again.
