Fantastic experience with the floss team. Fross was so knowledge and understood exactly what I wanted. I found the most magical dress & I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. The whole morning was perfect.
Well worth a visit. I found my dress after only trying on two. The girls are lovely there and really put you at ease. Would highly recommend!
I was very nervous about my appointment due to many factors however Alex was incredible and very patient with me! All the staff I met were lovely and made you feel like you were the only bride in the world. The shop is also very beautiful!My dress is perfect and just cant wait to wear it ! Since the moment I contacted Fross Wedding Collections to arrange an appointment, I felt they were very happy to talk to me and willing to meet any request I had. And so when I visited the shop. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I walked in. They have a very beautiful wedding gowns selection, hard not to find your dream dress. I loved every minute of my experience with them, and although I went on my own never felt I was there with no friends or family. They were very helpful and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. It is a big deal to find and say yes to your dream dress and they were there to help me. I loved my dress shopping experience at Fross. My 1st visit was unplanned, but I was welcomed in and made to feel at home. My mother and myself must have spent about 2 hours looking at and trying on their beautiful dresses. The sales assistant was so helpful, I had no idea what i wanted, but listened to what I liked and didn't like and pulled out dresses that I would never have thought to try - and they looked great. I was even advised to look at other places as I wasn't expecting to visit Fross that day. But alas my other bridal shop visits were not nearly as nice and I returned to try on the dress I loved 1st time around, and bought it.I had my fittings with Helen, and she was great too. Listened to all my wants and needs and I left with the perfect dress.The shop is lovely, wonderfully decorated, plenty of room in the changing area and enough space around not to feel that you are taking up too much room.I would recommend anyone to visit Fross to look at their amazing collection of dresses, it beats the London boutiques hands down.
