Incredibly unprofessional and unorganised. I wouldnt recommend this practice. Theres a huge lack of communication between staff as well as a lack of consideration for patients. This practice lets Bupa Health Care down on every level. A very disappointing experience.

Mrs Clarke's lovely manner with my grown up, dentist-phobic daughter has lifted a huge worry from my shoulders. I thoroughly recommend this dental practice, especially for those who may be nervous, and I hope I don't ever need to go anywhere else.
I feel very let down by them today, i was seen by Andre Niemand along with the dental nures. who both never said a full sentence to me and where rolling there eyes at me!. this was my very first appointment with them. so after the full check up they told me i needed so fillings, i said okay when can i start booking in to get these done. and his comment was "do you think its fair we charge you 35 on the nhs to have this done" "think you need to pay us as a private customer". i have been working from the age of 14. i pay my national insurance! i can use the bloody NHS treatment if i want to. i was made to feel like i did not deserve to be in there! this man needs to sort out his behavior because its disgusting.
