good nurses although awful service with waiting and receptionist are very rude!
Trying to get the travel vaccinations has been very slow and painful. It is dealt by the nurses. I have had to change surgeries as I couldn't wait any longer for an appointment. Extremely disappointing. For doctors waiting times recently have been really long. I would not recommend this surgery.
The computerised self check-in system is quick and easy to use, and gives you an estimate of how long you will need to wait and how many people are before you. The GPs that I have seen so far have all been very friendly and are happy to answer any questions. They are also very good with children.The parking is the main thing that lets this practice down. The surgery is inside the hospital, and therefore shares parking with the hospital. The car park is small and is usually full, meaning that you have to wait some time for a space to become free. This leads to a lot of parking in areas where there are restrictions, for example, yellow lines.
I have always received such good care from everyone in the practice. Reception are very friendly and helpful and GPs and the nursing staff give a very high standard of care. I feel very fortunate to be a patient......
