Faults diagnosed and repairs undertaken quickly and efficiently. Quotations for the repairs were realistic and minimised for cost, not maximised for profit at the expense of the customer, by charging for more than was required to fix the problem. The diagnosis was explained in detail before commencement of the repairs.
