Both my boys have been going since aged 3 - now aged nearly 6 and 9. Their confidence, ability and coordination have grown in leaps and bounds thanks to the brilliant coaches and amazing space and equipment. Highly recommend for all kids, whatever their ability. The gym for adults run by Ali is also fantastic with really reasonable 1-to-1 and group sessions tailored to you -mine include weight training, running and yoga plus lots of laughter, all of which can be fitted round the time that your child is doing gymnastics!
