If the NHS is in crisis this place is an oasis of calm. Visited yesterday and the entire experience couldn't have been more professional. The staff were well informed, friendly, courteous and efficient. In and out within fifteen minutes. Certainly on a par, if not better, than my experience of 'private health'.
I got to the Minor Injuries Unit at 4:15 in the afternoon and was seen almost immediately by Julie, who was professional, super-friendly and efficient, for an initial review of my injury. Within 25 minutes I was being seen by Pip, who with the minimum of fuss and maximum proficiency and great good humour, cleaned the wound, administered a local anaesthetic and stitched it up. Julie and Pip were a top rate team throughout proceedings and I was out by 5:00pm. A faultless service from start to finish- I cannot recommend the staff or the hospital highly enough. Thank you!
The staff here in the day surgery were secound to none, I was in for full extraction and being petrified of the dentist for over 25 yrs, all members of my team from admissions to post op care was amazing, and no point did I feel I was a problem. They made me feel at ease throughout my whole stay. They kept me updated on what was going on. I had a few issues after my op but the team again just stepped up kept me calm while they dealt with it. There is no question if I was ever asked to go back for an op here I would instantly say yes. So if you are offered extraction here just take it. Absolutely amazing staff!!!
