Very friendly and extremely helpful. Bought dog coat for our spaniel as is bit poorly and not so active. Not sure what he thinks.!!

The ( mostly very young) staff in this store are a credit to themselves and their company. They are unfailing polite and helpful ( I've never had to ask for help carrying a sack out to the car, it's always offered immediately) , obviously love their job, always ready to chat if you want .They are, just as importantly very knowledgeable about not only their products but also small animal care. They show its a myth that a big store has to be impersonal
This place is very clean bright has lot of variety of products the staff are very friendly and helpful it's a very interesting place to bring children to look at the animals and the fish and the reptiles I will certainly be returning and I will recommend all my friends and family to go there for their pets needs.
