Once again the staff at this branch are unaware of what products and services they can accept. On Tuesday 20th Nov I requested if they could book in a Royal Mail Tracked Item (label attached to small package) '' NO she said you have to go to the sorting office'' Off I went (Uckfield)and they said ''NO! we cannot accept that here its PO only''. A quick email to Post Office Ltd Complaints stated this ''I confirm that Five Ashes Post Office, East Sussex can accept Royal Mail Tracked Return items'' I much prefer Maresfield who are so much more engaging and friendly oh and incidentally did accept my package
The staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful, service is second to none! We cannot recommend them highly enough.
On Friday morning was served by a lovely lady very helpful and pleasant the post office and shop isA asset to the village.
I love this Post Office and shop! I go out of my way to visit this particular shop as the staff are always so lovely and it's such a nice and helpful place. They are always so patient with my many parcels, I look forward to my weekly post office runs since I found this little shop!
