We had a leaflet through the door to get a valuation so I booked an appointment, I then had another phone call as they could not read the written address ? , on the booked day I had a phone call to say the agent was ill and nobody free ? , i asked to re-book for a weekend but told fully booked, lady did not seem interested at all, i have taken a day off work to sort out different things and do not appreciate being let down.Why do a leaflet drop if you cannot cover the work ? The only positive review on here is by a Gemma Forster who actually works for the company ?

I agree with C.Smith below. I wish they'd stop posting leaflets through our door. You're not going to get much business, so stop wasting paper!
The most arrogant agency I've never came across. Look down on people and think I couldn't afford what I would like to view. Well, they didn't even make the viewing appointment as they thought I couldn't afford it....but big mistake of them! I bought a bigger house from another agency and they are so much more helpful and nice. I hope this review will help some people with choosing their agency in Uckfield of selling and buying.
