Pleasant small play establishment, similar price to monkey business in lewes but smaller and less busy. The two girls were very nice but overworked, an extra staff member would be a help to them. We had a very nice time with a 6 year old and 1 year old. The only critism would be the smell from the deep fat fryers which we could still smell on our clothes when we got home. We will go again.
While we were out the back section they served our 10 year old with Autism a boiling coffee and let her walk through the play area past all the other children. When challenged the girl behind the counter said " it wasn't me that servered her, what do you want me to do about it" while it does have some redeeming features I don't think we will be returning.
Kids had so much fun! Attended for a party. Staff were lovely.
Went here for a school Birthday party.A very unassuming building however the inside was great. A reasonable soft play with a lovely seperate role play area. More than enough for our 2 girls 5o have a fantastic time with their new friends.The food and coffee were very good
there were only two members of staff working when we went. One had a bad cold and obviously shouldn't have been there,as she was constantly coughing. It took 45 minutes for our meal to comeand there was a few complaints from other guests. You have rulesbut no-one to police them so everyone was doing what they liked..Our two children under two were on several occasions being harassedby older children in the under 4 only section. The toilet had no paper.It is not down to the public to inform you of broken rules or the conditionof your toilets. you have paid staff to do that. Not enough staff mind you.The cook was very slow and could not cope with more than two ordersat a time.I have worked in the catering business and she would have beengiven a week to improve before sacking her.We are foster carers and have children all the time but we will never use your establishment again!!!
