Once again another superb service by the team at UMS. Turned up with an issue early Monday morning. They explained to me they would have a look at it but were very busy. Wasnt expecting my car back but they got it back to me within the day and they even gave it a quick wash.
Always a good service. Nice to see a family run business who are always so friendly and honest.
Every time I have used Uckfield's motor services they have been brilliant, service is friendly, they seem to genuinely care for my car and nothing is too much trouble. I can't recommend them enough and will be using them for all our families cars in the future.
Last service of my MG ZR, they could not even put a wiper properly let alone doing what I specifically asked them to do, to sort out my EGR (only needed a pipe connected). Expensive and not at all customer friendly as they bluntly denied any wrong doing in a very antagonistic way. Since then I have discouraged friends & family to go there.
Have been using this garage for years, always a good service with a smile. The fact its a family run business you get the feeling that they really care about you and your car.
