Heating was not working in my room and the shower was poor. Shame they couldn't be bothered to make the room welcoming by simply warming it up when it was freezing outside. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very pleasant.
Went here for afternoon tea as a special treat and had a wonderful experience. Sandwiches were lovely as were the scones and cakes. Service was excellent.
Visited for a private party so didn't use the hotel. Great function space and friendly staff. Decor and cleanliness first class. Bar prices are high especially as choice is limited and soft drinks were out of a 2 litre bottle and unchilled.
Buxted Park is the perfect wedding venue. Stylish, glamorous and classically English. Outside there are picturesque green views as far as the eye can see, and inside is sophisticated and elegant with large chandeliers, fireplaces and beautiful artwork. The staff bent over backwards to make the day everything we wanted. Especially the manager / master of ceremonies Mark who was absolutely brilliant. Thank you Buxted Park for making our wedding day perfect for us and all of our guests.
Beautiful setting. Staff very friendly and a great cooked breakfast. Lovely house immersed in history. Stand on the steps and imagine who in history also stood on the same spot.
