Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Only issue was the menus were all incorrect and everytime we tried to order it wasn't on the menu. Once after 5 tries we finally got some food but it tasted sour... The staff helped resolve the situation and were really helpful! The hotel was beautiful overall and the golf courses were kept really well. Spa treatments were really nice. The mudding experience was really calming and would recommend it if you are a couple
Our room wasn't cleaned properly, but they offered us a new one. I would have also expected compensation for the inconvenience. The room had a good size, but it looked a bit outdated. The breakfast and dinner were good, but the breakfast options are quite limited and lack variety. Service was professional and friendly. The spa, pool area and gym are of good standards. It would have been a 4/5 of it weren't for the lack of attention when it comes to cleanliness.
We arranged tea there for 18 persons to celebrate my wife's 80th. Excellent and very reasonably priced in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended.
Great golf course friendly staff. Hotel is great value and well setup. Could do with a small shop offering as town is a little away.
Really nice. Just had a drink there but it looked very clean and well kept. All the staff we interacted with were in smart uniforms and were helpful and friendly.
