I've eaten here on a couple of occasions and stopped for a coffee or a beer several other times. The Highlands is always welcoming and comfortable and the staff friendly and happy to help.The vegan nut roast was absolutely delicious! Thank you very much. I only wish I had space for a dessert. I hope to return before long.Jan 2019 - I've revisited The Highlands Inn and had another ***** vegan meal. Thanks again!
Can be a bit hit and miss - visited twice in the last couple of months and had totally different experiences. The fajitas were so spicy my mouth was on fire and the chicken was dry and chewy- and then went in a large group for a Christmas meal and it was delicious On both occasions the service was ok but not great
Nice pub. Czech beer always a plus. Good car park and we'll positioned just out of town for meeting friends.
Just got back from The Highlands Inn. Very nice venue, friendly and helpful staff. Food very good and caterers for people who are either have dairy or gluten free diets highlighting on separate menus. Will be going back again in the near future.
Very nice pub/restaurant with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. The bar has a pool table and TV. Outside is large garden with a play area for kids. The food in the restaurant is relatively cheap, tastes good and the portions are well sized. We all agreed it was really good value. The staff on our day were happy, helpful people. Highly recommended.
